The City of Danbury Water & Sewer Utility routinely monitors the city's drinking water according to federal and state regulations. The annual Consumer Confidence Report is designed to inform you about the quality of the drinking water the city delivers to you every day. It is our goal to provide all residents and businesses in the city of Danbury with sage and dependable drinking water.
The DNR works to reduce chlorides at the source through permitting programs for municipalities and industries. The JWQC has thoughtfully considered this reduction plan and is prepared to our part to reduce or eliminate the pollution at the source.

Water rates are established for the Water Utility by the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin. Sewer rates are established by the JWQC Commission. The rates should be high enough to provide the utility with a reasonable opportunity to recover the total costs of providing service and to sustain its financial integrity that in turn provides a dependable and reliable service to the consumer.
